There are no likes here .The Company hires you and give you unrealistic time frame and they pressure you to work after office hours, on Saturday and Sundays and even at night.if you say something then they will get offended and they will terminate you and say to you come after 45 days for money and also after 45 days they will not pay to you. they will say i will pay to lawyer but will not pay to you.

...isliking. if you Want to travel by own money and wanting to loose money then go. no employee have left organization by saying to him all have left organization after taking salary that also come after 12. so either employee have choice to left money of 12 days or 1 month 12 days. please don't join here or if you are still thinking then talk with ex- employee of this company before joining.

...loyee at Ackrolix and I'm extremely disappointed with my time at Ackrolix. Despite putting in my hard work and dedication, they've belched my last month salary. It's quite frustrating to deal with them – The founder Jay & Subrata have no moral values & they are clearly telling me that they will not pay me the salary. If you're considering joining this company as an employee, think twice. They clearly don't value their employees and their commitment to fulfilling even the most basic obligation – paying your hard-earned salary – is seriously lacking. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. Don't become a part of it unless you're ready for unpaid labor and constant frustration. 🙅‍♂️👎

They don't have funds to pay the employees. Project managers, are not skilled and deserving, they don't have any technical knowledge. One of the Project manager, she is very disgust and Bad behavior with employee, she play dirty games. But she is Mr CEO's fav They asked you to stay at late night for work

I advised others against working there . The company hired employees consistently failed to pay salaries on time . During my tenure , I observed a deadline in employee morale and work efficiency . Unfortunately , I didn't experience anything positive during my time at this company.

"Worst Job Experience" No proper onboarding, inexperienced staff, and no communication. Fired abruptly without explanation. Highly unprofessional behavior. Avoid This Place.

"Unacceptable Behavior" A terrible company with no ethics. Hired me, didn’t provide basic onboarding, and fired me without notice or pay. Absolutely unacceptable.
