Work life balance is there.

There is a payment policy named LTIP. In which, they pay you your variable and stocks one year late. I worked hard this year and for that I'll get payment next year and that too in breaks half in June and other Half in December. Whenever you leave the company you'll loose your variable for at least one year. I have never seen this kind of payment policy in any other company. It's very disgusting how they are looting employees hard earned money by making these kinds of policies.

- Working environment is peaceful and good - Considerable and friendly teams - Pay is quite good, above my expectations

- LOBs are complicated and hence needs proper organised flows - Feedback system within the team is quite poor - Skills development is not happening

...ine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

On time salary & Decent Work-life balance.

Dislikes

Poor leadership team. No coaching, mentorship. Poor processes for product development. Favouritism in teams. Making false promises to employees to make them stay, but do not fulfil promises.

Acko gave work from home balancing my job with good salary and incentive package.

Dislikes

Acko asked to come from Mumbai to Bangalore to work after giving permanent work from home opportunity and that was not expected from a reputable company.
