There is an improvement in finances, and streamlining the past in terms of statutes was challenging. The concept of change has been adopted wisely, judgmental thinking replaced by professional decisions

Dislikes

The motivation is low. The team spirit has been inculcated but with disturbance and disruptive forces looming high. The career growth has to be long term.
