1. Complete lack of work life balance 2. Do not join the firm without reading clause 10 of the offer letter or else will have to pay with your blood. if you did please go absconding. 3. As per clause 10 if you resign or they terminate you within 6 months they will demand minimum 3 months of pay. 4. As per management, if your family is suffering from cancer, its not a good enough ground to provide exception to clause 10. 5. Be ready for mental health issues which according to management is a non existent word. 6. Expect to work even if you are down with covid. 7. Company falsified leave calculation and showed leaves taken for dates before joining the organisation to extract money from F&F.

...ent. If employee leaves before 1 year then he need to serve 3 month without pay. and for after 1 year relieving employee they will release salary after 3 month. Don't join

No proper development of Employees, No Aparasel, No increment, No challenging work, Mostly Senior abuses, Undeserved & Unqualified people are getting promoted

I find the learning environment for the youngsters to be amazing at Acies. Given the mix of functional and technological play at the firm, it provides the right kind of orientation in terms of shaping up young brains. Everyone tends to support other person here and it's living example of team play at work. Those who commit themselves to organizational goals and objective while working dedicatedly on assigned tasks / projects, tend to move up the organization hierarchy pretty fast.

Dislikes

I would say we need to find more time to connect with each other at personal level by means of offsites and should make new entrants of our true cultural vibrancy.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, they will make you work more than 12hrs or sometimes even more. 10 to 6 is a myth here don't get trapped. Previous managers had no sense or way of talking and we're totally inhumane in terms of assigning work or making you work on weekends. Just a tip, hire more people and distribute work evenly among employees and last do not overcommit to clients in terms of deadlines.
