Great place for freshers for learning and develop their skills related to process specific, On time salary.

There is no additional benefits for employees except ESI, PF or Insurance. Company must improve the amenities, also there is no cab facility provided to the male employees and no pick for females. The company can work on it.

First of all I want to thank you for giving this opportunity, Here i feel that this company and company staffs are helping us to develop our knowledge and then they are setting up a platform for everyone👍

Management decisions were not to the liking of the employees. Here to I understood that politics is everywhere talent should always be valued everywhere, individual decisions cannot lift an organisation🙂

This is the worst management I have ever seen. They don't have any project knowledge. They only focus on reducing manpower and making more revenue by increasing working hours. There is no benefit for an employee.

The person who licks managers foot will get the appraisal and promotion If you work 3-4 hrs aftr the shift timings will get the best performance certificate

If you work hard then you cant get promotion or appraisal If you finish ur work at the given time then you will not get best performance certificate
