Management is forcing for work from office. Work from office mandatory from 18th July . Please allow work from anywhere . Office location is Kalyani Nagar where the traffic in all the sides. Metro work in progress and management forcing for work from office. No team outing or party budget. No udemy or pluralsight subscription for learning. No inhouse training for new technology

From a fresher's point of view, they get really good exposure and responsibility compared to other similar companies. Company CTC is crystal clear (Almost Everything in-hand) and no hidden or tricky clauses or conditions. (Only) seniors/colleagues and managers are friendly and helpful. Fintech domain :)

Dislikes

Initial compensation is good but the yearly raise is low. Also almost no bonuses apart from salary (yearly bonus is lower than monthly salary so not counting it as bonus). Promotion criterion is gimmick and there is a lot favoritism. Seen a lot of good folks leave because of this. So less career growth opportunities. Working hours are tricky as you would have to work with US folks and cope up with their timings. Job security is average. Almost no training other than few pre-recorded product videos. No cab service at all. Not much room for innovation.

Compensation, flexible timings, medical benefits, friday breakfast and afternoon lunch which started in 2022.

Job Security, Frequent Org Changes, Late night calls, credit hungry people (they are few but you may not want to cross paths with them).

...ll have access to a mine of knowledge in technical as well as functional feild - flexible work culture and good compensation w.r.t to market standards - in all It also depends on your manager how good he is a acknowledging your good work and comforting you in the your vulnerable days I was lucky mine was not good but rather great

- Too many reorgs, Though if you are doing good work nothing can impact you, but sometimes it gives sense of insecurity that indirectly may impact your work
