They do not follow their global slavery policy. Equal opportunity is only a policy. Some of the employees are more qualified then most of management members however no exposure offered. Audit reports to Operations and HR reports to Operations. Not open to feedback. Open door policy is not appreciated. No employee redressal. Management not in favour to use any other Microsoft applications apart from teams.

Colleagues are friendly and the environment in office is chill. There is work pressure when it comes but otherwise relax. Managers are understanding and cooperative.

Dislikes

Enthusiasm in people to be uplifting in personal career is less than internal politics.

Company is good for freshers as it's a product based company you can not expect multi domain knowledge.work cluture is very good

If your a pet for your reporting person then everything would be in your favour as you will be able to hear same sentence "we are working on it " untill you resign

I like the Company Culture most. Achilles is very very supportive in such lockdown condition.

Dislikes

Just one thing I can say, it is about "Career growth", I am not getting what I want to do which is related to my experience and interest area. Rest all are in a place in a great way.
