It's Good if you want money but in case of opportunities there is poor scope. There is only focus on work not smart work.

There is no benefits or employee rather than salary no PF nor medical insurance. Here you are stable at fixed position

I like the values of company, their vision and goals, it always inclined towards Employee and Satisfaction, Growth, Business Ethics, Commitments. Company is growing fast with more attention in quality of product and learning& development.

Dislikes

As a fact, I still working with Achal Jewels Pvt. Ltd. I am truly enjoying my work here, so there is nothing to dislike at the moment.

Dislikes

This is company is even worth to give interview. They can kick you out of the job at any time for any stupid reason like your serious health problem or due to death in your family. They promote only people of their religion and caste and if others have more knowledge then them even then also the other religions and caste people would not be given preference. They are no criteria of working and getting promotion. The girls safety in the company is zero and even the HR or the director himself will not even listen to you and blame girls only saying they allow boys to behave wrong or cross their limits initially. They don't know which field person is best for which department. They can hire you as CA and ask you to work as a sales person that is their way of hiring. They never support their employees in tough times

A company should always encourage it's employees but Achal encourages only people of Jain community and not others. They give promotions to people of their background if the other one has knowledge and has worked and completed the KRA even then they will not promote the hardwork of that person

You can work whatever even you are not capable. No one cares for accountibility.

Dislikes

Nothing special here.. only relatives and known people of management take all advantages. Rest all are good for nothing. Even they are best.
