Stressful.environment, too much of work dynamics makes work planning at individual desks difficult. Except CEO leadership team.lacks visionary actions.

ACG Engineering plant of shirval is for small minded people. Management is hopeless. Nobody wants to improvise. Managers are egoistic. Cheap thinking. People will call you on weekends and holidays purposely. Manager needs more training than employees. Canteen is also terrible.

Food and transportation avail. in plant. Good environment. Great space for ITI / Technicians people for growth. Periodic CGMP and Safety Trainings. Working in shifts. Great workload. Overall it's good.

Dislikes

Comparatively less Stipend for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GAT) And not taking Engineers on parmanant basis on company Payroll.

The company has good compensation package, the vision & direction of the Directors is real great.

There is a lot of politics & once you are trapped in it then the career growth is really slow, but if you get a good mentor & boss you can rise to really good heights in this organization.

Very Good, well orgonized, systematic and professional, if work for 4 to 5 years you can work any orgonisation, if take interest can learn lot in all areas.

Bosses fail to identify the potential people or bosses are weak to recognise their subordinate or they get fear about their job
