...times late into the night managers do not value and individuals unique stregths.which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times, and most important matter is salary and increment is not satisfy me

Week-off not planed.incentive and bonus calculation is poor and wrong. Electrical and mechanical work different so, knowledge not growth in other department.working hour more.more work load planed some people and some person corner.

Very Supportive Team at branch level and CO level. Timely Salary credit. Location is also good.

Dislikes

Branch level management is lazy. Not taking any initiative for the development of employees in terms of skill and learning.

Like for Employees respect , culture , timely salary , Company trust the employees, not find any micro management here.

More challenging is facing Getting the work at principal companies . Mmt has to form Proper Channel to address the field issues or principal employee to understand the customer urgency and pain points . Present attitude especially is principal service team may create the big impact on our brand image .

...ur for example they not giving joining letter and experience letter for workers. They have to give these because it helps to tack more salary in future. So pls give my joining letter and experience letter.thank you
