travelling allowance is low. Salary structuring not good as in hand salary not justify wrt overall package. Only Package looks very high whereas in hand is average. Policies keeps on changing with time , needs stability there. Sometimes they do 5 day week sometimes starts 6 days .

Very Supportive Team at branch level and CO level. Timely Salary credit. Location is also good.

Dislikes

Branch level management is lazy. Not taking any initiative for the development of employees in terms of skill and learning.

It's a good working place . With the help of good supervisor we can learn some thing new day by day and they maintain good safety for workers. Totally the company is in top of heart. Thank you.

...ur for example they not giving joining letter and experience letter for workers. They have to give these because it helps to tack more salary in future. So pls give my joining letter and experience letter.thank you

Week-off not planed.incentive and bonus calculation is poor and wrong. Electrical and mechanical work different so, knowledge not growth in other department.working hour more.more work load planed some people and some person corner.
