What I like here and recommend for new joiners. This product is most suitable for individuals who are comfortable cycling with a deflated tire. A better place for chitchat in a particular department for those who like. If your siblings are in the IT field, then this place is a better opportunity for them to get a higher position, experience doesn't count. I have never seen such a combo and unity from the administration even though they are far away from office and running hard. This place is the best option for those who don't want to update themselves.

Dislikes

I think partiality exists to some extent between employees. Using old technology to run Applications that are now outdated, and few people consider them as experienced but they don't know about the latest technology still using old techniques that are expired from the market so there are no learning activities about tools. Measuring the caliber of employees and calling them inefficient in work, never seeing the efforts, and no pushup from the management side.

No appraisal,no security,no behaviour to talk with employees so it's a worst company if you don't have any job so go for this worst company other wise don't join this
