The culture is really nice, people are helpful, work life balance is great.

Nothing as such but a suggestion we should switch to a hybrid model that would be helpful for the employees who are coming from so far.

It's a ghost company where your taught to cheat customers , high targets w/o any training.

No training proper given, boss is partial to such an extent that he favors people openly and tries to harrass you.

The work-life balance. The management is very supportive. Job security is excellent over here. Great learning opportunities.

Minor flaws in process but that is getting back to track now with the updated process.
