Flexible in working hours as the founders themselves are not punctual, but they expect the employees to be. One of the partners atleast know what she is doing the other has no clue, sits in his cabin and plays games or is high.

No work ethics, clarity of goal, unwillingness to listen, the older staff members mock about the maagement, Sales team willing to lie to make a sale.

I left this company in 2022 as soon as I learned about the poor goals they had, no clarity about what they are doing, full of ego, extreme micromanagement, poor client serving skills. They think they know what exactly they are doing but tbh, these guys are far far far away from reality. Anyone looking to start with them, please do not. In short they are scammers

ACE MY PREP IS THE VERY FIRST ORGANISATION THAT I JOINED IN MY CAREER AND I AIN'T MOVING OUT. THE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL CONNECT EVERYONE SHARES WITH EACH OTHER IS COMMENDABLE. ACE MY PREP CHANGED MY OUTLOOK TOWARDS CORPORATE WORLD; EVERY CLIENT, BE IT THE STUDENT OR THE PARENT, IS DEALT LIKE A FAMILY. EACH AND EVERY STUDENT WHO HAS EVER BEEN A PART OF AMP IS STILL CONNECTED TO MANY OF US AND THIS GIVES ENOUGH OF AN EXPLANATION FOR THE VALUE WE GIVE OUT TO THE PUBLIC.

This organization has an amazing work culture, perfectly balancing the client's needs and the employee's efforts. It appreciates and always encourages it's employees to work to their best potential by guiding them thoroughly. Ace my prep delivers the highest quality service to it's clients and takes care of it's employees in the same process as well.

I would have rather given nil stars for the job. They have zero respect for their clients and employees. Few people with below average work are favoured. There were meetings for check ins used for client back bitching and clients were made fun of. The behaviour of the so called boss is uber disrespectful
