ACE group no dought it's very good overview but inside management is very bad thinking about her staff, no any single person to supporr.

Group MD is very good thinking about her staff but just down management very poor thinking and talk always abusing and illeterate person just like as. So i dont like this group.

There is only one perk to work there ...that you are working in a huge company that's all 😂😂

Not safe for female employees at all for many reason. Strongly recommend not to join any female this company. Upper Mgt get envolve with employee politics, Management gives all benefits to those who does buttering and creat problem & job insecurity for those who is doing their job honestly. Every employee wants other employe out of the job and they go all the way to complete the task. Upper management can remove any employee for any reason after many years of job and honesty he has done for the company. This thing does not matter at all and they do this for unnecessary and pathatic reason ke sakl pasand nahi hai. It is all the way possible you go to the office happy one day and it will be you last day of your job after 5 year also.some time you dont get notice period also. Many people will say many thing about this statement but its 200 % true. After this if any one join the group they will come to know about the truth but it will be so late for them .so don't join jab tak ki koi majboori na ho ya job less na ho. But fir bhi be prepare yourself for the worst nightmare of your entire career.management torture you to remove you from your job first but if you dont do it coz you r in need then they do it by them self so. This is the breef. Many more things has not been explained.

Management is partial. They like buttring and who butter and back bite they like them most coz of that other employees get insult and punished by losing their job though they are honest and loyal. Any employe can be fired any time no job security. Every day u go the company that this is ur last day. Director and mgt can fire u any time. And they go every level to punish you humiliat you so that u left your job and if u dont they fire u for any reason. Every employee is enemy of evey employee coz of mgt and directors. They want to get success by buttering and on the job of other employe. Not safe for women. Thay can be harassed other wise forsed to leave the job. No job security at all. Many more other things are their. But Inspite of that you want to join then best of luck.

Discrimination in increments, promotion, facilities, no one knows their role and responsibilities. Just doing things. And if you complaint about it, nobody wants to listen.
