Terrible and failed management, compensation for engineers is very poor and looks like compensation for daily wage worker even with 5+ years experience as engineer, not good company to stay for more than 3 years after joining as fresher, recommend experienced engineers to stay away from joining ace designers.some senior employees are here to enjoy and not work, looks like a retirement home policy for few people.There is no proper communication between various departments.Ridiculous HR policies and poor management will bring this company to brink of extinction.

...s a house workers. Even if you work for 10 hours they will never appreciate you.They will make you learn unwanted stuffs so that you're not able to change the company and About the salary you don't even think ,you will be paid very less amount.
