Nothing it's the worst company and fraud company it doesn't give salary which they show on Onlineplatforms

Ace360Degree's failure to provide timely and consistent payment to its employees is utterly unacceptable. By withholding salaries for months on end, they demonstrate a blatant disregard for the financial well-being of their workforce. Moreover, expecting employees to continue working under such circumstances is exploitative and unethical. This egregious behavior reflects poorly on the company's leadership and raises serious concerns about its financial stability and integrity. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
