Work culture is awesome. You will be alrounder if you join Accumax. You will get ample opportunity to learn new things everyday. Management is quite helpful

Pay scale is quite low compared to the market.

Because of rotational shift, we can do our other work.

No growth of worker and supervisor level designation. Work is more as compared to our salary. In supervisor level, we do 12 hours, but they don't give us an Overtime money, instead of that they provides c'off. If they give us an Overtime money, they only give only a single OT. So what is the benefit of our hardwork ? Sometimes they force us to do 12 hrs duty e.g. 7:00 to 19:30 & 19:00 to 7:30 while someone's is on leave. Because of that it results in to health issues and sleeplessness. Inshort lack of management. No job training given from upper level.

Even u work for late hours they will not appreciate you. The salary increment is totally non sense. When the time of salary increment comes they will excuse of low sales volume of product. At the time of COVID-19 there is increase in company sales and they recruit new person and take work from them as per there expectations but they will not increase your pay scale. They gave the unwanted work of them. I personally manage store of myself and make improvements in it. But they didn't give credit to their employees.

I like the fact that a ACCUNBX LAB DEVICES PVT LTD is a company that is constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of what is possible and passionate about their work and the company culture is one of collaboration and support I also appreciate the fact that the company has committed to providing its employees with the best possible working environment and resources.

I don’t like anything about working at a ACCUMAX LAB DEVICES PVT LTD however I would like to see more opportunities for professional development and growth.

The company has a good infrastructure and is a well known company in its sector. A good company for freshers and also for those who would like to learn. Company culture is decent

Dislikes

Should have a cafeteria with food facilities and they should consider transportation facilities as well. They should consider giving international travel opportunity to all of them. Also shiuld consider giving a health insurance policy to the employee
