The company is run by a brahmanical thread all around in top of the each functions. (Especially HR ).Though it's a US MNC the mindset and morale is basically a casteist slur with them and applied vigorously. Top of the group has no vision to grow the business. They don't have empathy with anyone and you can be sacked without any explanation. Due to this valuable resources across all functions had left in group after the pandemic in recent times. Even if you've a lucrative offer from them give a serious second thought before applying and accepting the deal.

Freedom for Sales and Marketing Activities. Work load was not beyond limits.

Dislikes

No Training Module. Being a small Organisation, no career growth. Travel Policies were not clearly defined. No talk on innovation or motivation.
