everything No hikes, No salaries No promotions No proper management No proper planning established company to just paly with the emotions of employes if they fail here ,,,,they will start a new comapny ,hire people play with them,make money ,lay off people and don't pay salary to workers

Friendly colleagues. We can say anything to the team members but the higher people won't share any information with us and most of the time they won't respond to our mails and calls.

Dislikes

Not considering the employees basic needs and not giving proper salary and increment. They will deduct the PF amount from the salary but won't credit into your PF account.

...KID with zero to no experience). This has led to improper management of finance. Gone are the days when salary has been credited on the last working day of the month. PF & TAX has been deducted from the employees, but not yet credited to the PF accounts & income tax accounts resp.

Poor vision, Management is toxic, Salary not paid, Income Tax deducted but not paid, EPFO has not recieved a payment from them in 1.5 years + The CXOs are behind hype cycles and building pointless LLMs and ranking it on hugingface and making products that no one really wants, especially at a time when the company is struggling.

if you join as a fresher or a junior developer, they provide a good salary and work balance. your seniors helps you learn and groom in the related field, enabling you gain more knowledge.

Dislikes

the notice period is also 90 days. if you need any kind of reimbursements or settlements, you have to get them within notice period. if you didn't, you will never get that. they will not respond your mobile calls and mails regarding that. additionally there is no job security.
