... is a worst company that have worked for. They don't have any employment ethics. The top management enjoys luxury and they don't provide proper salary to employees, shows record of non payed salary in TDS. They deduct money from salary as pf deduction and don't deposit to pf fund. CEO Jithin VG is a Crook . If any investors are looking to fund them. It's an humble request not to invest your hard earned money into this company or its sister company bud ecosystem or invent etc. They market lots of partnership and it's misleading. They promise lots of things they are doing but in reality they don't. Example blockchain satellite they advertise on there web page, collaboration with NASA, it was just a poc project by an employee on which they capitalise and even that was rejected in first phase. I am doing moonlighting to feed my family. And I will not leave till they clear my dues

everything No hikes, No salaries No promotions No proper management No proper planning established company to just paly with the emotions of employes if they fail here ,,,,they will start a new comapny ,hire people play with them,make money ,lay off people and don't pay salary to workers

Friendly colleagues. We can say anything to the team members but the higher people won't share any information with us and most of the time they won't respond to our mails and calls.

Not considering the employees basic needs and not giving proper salary and increment. They will deduct the PF amount from the salary but won't credit into your PF account.

No Salary, No proper management, Pf is deducted from Salary but not yet credited to the pf account. Salary are not payed in month will have to wait 2 or 3 months to get one month Salary. Delivery of the project are horrible and clients are leaving half way. Company in really downrun. No one to look after employee concern. Top management are useless and uneducated. Don't try in this company. They are starting another with name orgx.ai..that too is real flop

...KID with zero to no experience). This has led to improper management of finance. Gone are the days when salary has been credited on the last working day of the month. PF & TAX has been deducted from the employees, but not yet credited to the PF accounts & income tax accounts resp.
