Taking a decision to join this company is like a borrowing money from NBFC. They will bind you in terms & conditions through bond make your exit difficult.

They do offers lucrative positions to the outsiders candidate for successful onboarding however once you fall in their trap they will put you in a weird management environment for which they feels proud and employees suffocated. Better to seat where you are rather taking a call to join this company.

I am impressed with the company, the way operation is carried out. All members are very supportive and always be with you when you are facing some difficulties. The company policy is very straight and simple without any confusion.

None The top management does not give a damn about lower level employee. They judge a person by mangers review but fail to even ask the other side.. So 100%biased. Again few teams are still good

Micromanagement, improper training and all dependent upon the team you go into. If the team is good training is good. Very Few managers are good.
