Steep learning curve, there is actually a lot of things you can learn. Promotion cycles are frequent.

1. Biased (community, and college) 2. They treat their employees like shit, bare minimum salary, no benefits. 3. No flexibility. (Clients calls are generally late 8,9PM but can be at 10 also. However, login time is fixed and you have to be in the office by 10)

-Nothing much to mention -hikes are slightly better compared to other service based companies. -No firing as such

Everything in Accordion,india would make an employee dislike them! -Pathetic management, micromanaging, rigours and heavy workload with zero support -overall no benefits to employee (even tissue paper to toilet paper should be brought by us!😊), No cab/no food nothing! -work for 11hrs , atleast act like working post 7pm else you aren't eligible to live -no discretion is work, when comes to promotion they give peanuts saying we are a larger company now & ask us to wait in queue, when it comes to work one has to do UI, back end, DB, Testing, deployment, CI/CD, AI/ML (whatever you can do you should do) as they are understaffed and should expect employees to work like seed level startup 🗿 -Toxic culture,no management rather shear stupidity! - if you wanna loose your mental health & physical health...Plz join According, India

Big big red flag - Micromanagement by top leadership, you end up working 12 hours per day on a average, appreciation culture simply doesn't exist... Salary is much lower than market average

A lot of false promises made and not clear process or structure Pathetic management, doesn't think from employees shoes and HR is the worst part, talks behind and no concern or empathy culture

I got an offer and joined in other company, despite serving notice period still they have given wrong information background verification..lost job again In search, when asked to HR no response...toxic culture, my advise not to join this third grade company and spoil career. Management playing with employees career.
