There is no any like for this company. This is so stupid and worst company ever

This is a very worst company I have ever seen. Please don't join this company and spoil your career. Working in this company experience will not help you in your career, worst manager and management. They will lot of harrasment and the timings will be very different and there will not be any career growth nor salary hike. You can only sustain if you are a professional in buttering. Please don't join in this trap by giving your certificates and signing the bond for 2 years and they don't even pay you salary properly and terminate employees on their own wish and not on performance based.

1. country head he is pathetic 2.CEO of the company- not sure how he is ok when he is recieving many complaints against country head. 3. Poor work lif balance. 4. Meetings for no use. One day i was in meeting room for almost half of the day of which is of no use production wise. 5. They will wont consider employee as families.

Likes

They initially give you sometime to get acclimated to their environment and projects. Its easy to communicate among the team and there your opinions are respected and criticized if required.

Dislikes

They do not understand the core skillset of a product designer and hence you might be tasked with assignments that aren't design related sometimes.
