I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products like Ace Equity, Ace MF and Ace TP for indian company related database and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is average . The work pressure is sometime high and rest normal.

It was an excellent experience, Accord fintech is a repute software organization, I had a homely ambience over there. The boss is very good and supportive. My collelgues were wonderful people, we care and share everyting, which made me to work there.

some people are very superior in their behaviour, but I am least bother about that

In Accord Fintech, Job Security is 100% safe and Team management is very supportive. Company policies is very strong. Work culture is also good due to work from home available in covid period.

Because Database Designation,this Experience not count,other companies feeling like that person comes Data entry operator,for that Reason Accord employee not left the Company,ATL Failure Management,Ego Problem to Database Manager,even Also TL,They Harrrasing Employee,Parrshality Among the Employee, especially increment, Workplace, Leave Etc..

Time waste and time pass company.... All the senior management have stolen data from another company and started accord fintech pvt ltd. Now one more incident happened that from that group 3 People started another company... Everyone is Chor from senior management...

No one is professional in senior management... All seniors are behaves like Chamdigiri... Mostly Kerala wala Batlya... Thengu..
