I would say employees friendly and they give priority to employees and their concerns always. There are many reasons to say like Job security and work life balance. and at the same time internal events where all employees can engage each other without knowing or working with them.

I have a concern on salary packages , salaries should be justified as per the employees experience. this is the only thing i have noticed and should be addressed .

They are giving good hikes to lateral joinee

Appraisal cycle is not clear. Management is always trying to delay the same. They are pushing everyone to take interview without any compensation even on weekends.

I worked in Prudential project, people were good but yes sometimes we get conflicts as we all working towards one goal and objective of the team. Nobody has taken it as personally. People will guide you properly to elevate your full potential. I didn't like One Business Analyst. She was rude. Rest all good. Company is good overall. They below average salaries even though they new. It's just business. That's it.

Company hierarchy, Salary, promotion, no much learnings.

They pay well. But job security and work life balance won't be there.

If you are fresher you can go for it. But for experienced it will be difficult. They are not flexible and make you resign as soon as possible. Hire &Fire things.

You will treat well till you deployed at client. Once you get released from client then you are noone .

Dislikes

...if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here
