Nothing to like as such just that it has Morgan Stanley as it's partner and it's 60percent revenue comes from it

Nothing to like here because of following: 1. Same post same team same work but different salary. 2. Too much egoistic Seniors 3. No help or mentorship from seniors to the new joinee. 4 . Too much bond . Pay intern salary plus 1.5 lac if left with in 1 yr from FTE . Also return bonus if left within 2 yrs. 5. Less projects more people. 6. Benched from 3 months. 7 . No communication between among employees. 8. No extra benefits like goodies and all. 9. No Casual or sick leaves. 10 . Make dummy accounts to keep up the company rating on Glassdoor and ambition box. And the list goes on but as a new joinee this is what mainly should concern you

Salary during hiring is good & job security is at its best. During recession time also company respects employee condition and there was no layoff.

Dislikes

Yearly increment is not good. no proper pantry no hardware given except laptop. Employee should get a extr monitor, headphone, mouse. Which are essential for calls. But they are not providing. For new joiner also headphone qualities are not good. They need to work life balance. Its verry poor

Work from client location like Morgan Stanley. Arrange events in for different festivals & arrange some gaming tournaments. Bring Cake every month to celebrate employees birthday to Morgan Office.

Dislikes

Salary not always on time. You will receive salary on last day of the month & sometime they delay it to 1st of next month. Appraisal process is poor. They have July to June cycle, but they will send an email in July saying, salary increment & promotion is delayed to September/October. They will always ask you take interview on weekend & will just give Rs100 for each interview.

There are hardly anything to like about the company. I strongly recommend NOT to join Accolite until you don't have any options.

...y poor. * company just hires on project basis. They don't have enough projects. * Salary wise this company is extremely terrible. Forget about the Hike, maybe you'll get 3-5% and that too on September where other companies are offering a bit sooner. * Leave encashment is NOT there. does't mean how many earn leaves you've. They're gonna nullify as you resign. * Company would ask you to start looking outside after completion of the project. * Management is total waste and good for nothing. Overall, I won't suggest you to join. Ultimately we join any org to learn, earn and grab some new opportunities. Here you won't get anything and work-life balance is subjected to the client. If you go with any queries to higher management, it's complete waste of your time and energy.
