If you want to join a company which provide you career opportunity,best compensation in a decent work environment this is the place for you. Very healthy culture, managers and HR are really helpful and they care about employees.

Salary was good as it was new company so they started paying high

They strictly follow hire and fire policy, once your project is over you are in high risk, there are plenty who have been fired the same way.

...ls are either delayed or skipped entirely, and increments are barely noticeable. Horrible management, toxic work culture, no appraisals, and insulting salary hikes. Employees are treated as machines, not humans. Save yourself the stress!
