Don't join this company if you want to be happy in your life. They just tricked me into joining the company & onboarded on a new project. The project is a total call centre that too off terrible work culture & the Us client is very bad.

They are providing work from home and leaves are quite ok...

... suffocating, with unrealistic deadlines and zero support from project managers. They expect you to work overtime without compensation and blame you if the project fails, even when it's due to their poor planning.

If you want to join a company which provide you career opportunity,best compensation in a decent work environment this is the place for you. Very healthy culture, managers and HR are really helpful and they care about employees.
