They strictly follow hire and fire policy, once your project is over you are in high risk, there are plenty who have been fired the same way.

...ls are either delayed or skipped entirely, and increments are barely noticeable. Horrible management, toxic work culture, no appraisals, and insulting salary hikes. Employees are treated as machines, not humans. Save yourself the stress!
