Company culture was good, people were open minded and open to feedback, salary was also satisfactory till I was working. Exit package was good.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance at the name of startup, then massive layoff stating we can’t afford the salary by mentioning we will help you in further job search. No leads further, also their market value is not good, other companies do not show the trust while hiring.

If you are looking for Pay after placement their pay after placement scheme is just a trap they don't have enough job opportunities and enrolling 500 students every month their sales person/counselor won't answer your calls after admission. Before admission they will force you to choose beginner program if by any chance you will able to clear the pay after placement selection method they will force you to choose intermidiate upfront what is point of offering pay after placement if only thing you want is to take money. And even after few months they won't promote you to next modules and they're 100% placement guaranteed program and refund policy is trash even after completing 1 year with them you won't find a job. So please beware highly not recommended it won't help you anywhere.

...d scam company to join Accio Job as a part of full stack Development programme. You have to read by yourself then why we have to pay anyone .They also threat to pay money anyway if you not get job.

There is nothing to mention is likes. I'll only say I got some good people as friends there (repeating a few only). There was a time when it was such a great place to work, everything was so cool and awesome. Now you'll regret of your decision of joining this company.

The worst part is there is no work security, you'll be removed regardless of whatever you're doing, how well you're doing without any proper reason. Personal biasedness plays a major role along with entitlement. You can survive only if you know office politics and how to make anything you did count and steal the credits.

No Job Security, Horrible work culture, no fixed timings and people are severely overworked plus accio is mass firing at the moment
