Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.

Good salary good employee benefits like insurance and only billing company which provide Diwali bonus in health care industry

Growth are based upon support of higher level , hard-work are never recognised.

Access healthcare is a good company to work. We will have salary benefits as well as incentive benefits...also few SME's and leads are well trained.

Dislikes

There will be a partiality and as well as politics...few Team lead behaviour is so worse...i will not prefer anyone to work there...floor ethics is not followed...leads will create awkward moment in the floor especially my team lead.... nothing to say..one of my worst experience.

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.
