I WORKED IN ACCESS HEALTHCARE IN LAST 2.5 YEARS THE WORK LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT IS LOVELY GOOD AND ANNUAL FESTIVE FUNCTION ALSO GOOD.

THE MAIN THING THE SALARY IS LESS IT'S OK FOR ONLY FRESHERS BUT EXPERIENCE PEOPLE ALSO GETTING VERY LESS AND SOME LOCAL POLITICS IN COMPANY.....

Salary was my biggest concern otherwise it's a good company

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

he salary is relatively low, and the appraisal process could be improved. Additionally, there are no annual or quarterly bonuses, which is a downside. However, overall, I am having a positive experience.

Politics games by sup & managers, they don't appreciate your hard work, appraisal is avg, recommendation by managers played a huge role in IJP, if you have a buttering nature then you can sustain and succeed with the company expect everything is just a good for nothing.
