Only 1 thing in my entire tenure with Pacific, I have got my salary on times.

Politics games by sup & managers, they don't appreciate your hard work, appraisal is avg, recommendation by managers played a huge role in IJP, if you have a buttering nature then you can sustain and succeed with the company expect everything is just a good for nothing.

...y Access Healthcare very much. They support the employees all the ways they can. Best ever in the medical filed is access health care, good pay, good co workers, support system, cab arrangements, health insurance, work place fun, there are so many to list out. I wish i will join the family soon. Ways to go AHS team. Sure this awards is ours.

Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.

Some projects are really good and very few leaders support the employees

...s to compensate if we take any emergency leave too. No OT or quality incentives. They don't hire enough associates for the project and have fixed salary. Worst policies. Work pressure depends on the project and leader.
