No work life balance 2.If you are joining access healthcare just forget about your family due to work pressure and no leaves. 3.If you want leave compensate that on Saturday it gets mandatory after you complete your ramp. 4.The negative surrounding around you in ensemble denial project everyone just criticizing eachother for joining access healthcare from start of the day 5.As the day start with meeting with quality errors specifically mentioning names and making the employee uncomfortable for that error in front of everyone . 6.This point mostly specify seniors view as the tenured employees gets chance for being auditor. as most of them are leaving the organisation so even incomplete knowledge gets the chance So this are few points to keep you awa

For overall salary its good to startup.

For work with experience is not good daily headache and Quality team torture with marking silly errors for which have to face issue in incentive. They only sharing incentive plan but not every employee earning incentive every month and have to struggle for claims on daily basis. As per company policy tell Speak out but when agent speak out their manager make agent keep mouth shutt.

No increase in salary, and SME promotions are only made on paper in month of march-april , till that you have to work as SME on same salary whereas there are more efforts there in.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not give to new joinees.

This organisation is good for working as a senior AR, but promotions are so delay there are multiple level of AR, SME, TL it takes minimum 3 years to move on ATL post from senior associate.. some of the supervisor are good rest are so mean.

Dislikes

Company is good for package and bonuses.. but not understand the person's situation and deduct the salary.. if production is not met..
