Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

Just because of good salary and benefits.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

I appreciate the work-life balance at Access Healthcare. While the workload can be demanding, there are decent opportunities for growth and promotion. If you're eager to learn, there are plenty of chances to do so."

he salary is relatively low, and the appraisal process could be improved. Additionally, there are no annual or quarterly bonuses, which is a downside. However, overall, I am having a positive experience.

Only 1 thing in my entire tenure with Pacific, I have got my salary on times.

Politics games by sup & managers, they don't appreciate your hard work, appraisal is avg, recommendation by managers played a huge role in IJP, if you have a buttering nature then you can sustain and succeed with the company expect everything is just a good for nothing.

When putting good efforts it turns into promotions. Great managers and leaders surrounding us to support for next levels.

Dislikes

Less salary compared to associate level. There is lot more to work behing on salary part. learning and engagement are still a scope of opportunities.
