Company work culture is worst place, I had worked. Even the basic infra structure is not good. (Eg) Have to fight for good condition chairs with other team members. Even HR is powerless to protect the Employee from Senior Management.

There is no career growth after certain level you have to do same work but salary and designation increases you get struck .

People will behave in a friendly manner but should cautious with them. Salary hikes are good. There is much restriction on timing

There is no career progression Not good for longer period .good for short period 2years provided willing to take others work as well.

Pay wise leads are very friendly and learning about how Rcm works denials

Pay wise and facilities no tea snacks and including proper drinking water facilities and cab roadter now days lot of cost cutting

What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏
