Job security and satisfaction is the best in this organization. Decent salary with bonus, reimbursements and hike appraisals everything is awesome. Its actually one among the excellent company to work.

...y Access Healthcare very much. They support the employees all the ways they can. Best ever in the medical filed is access health care, good pay, good co workers, support system, cab arrangements, health insurance, work place fun, there are so many to list out. I wish i will join the family soon. Ways to go AHS team. Sure this awards is ours.

Management is poor. No work-life balance. Not at all understanding management. Force to work on weekends.

They asked to work on weekends for which they don't pay you. During work from home, they used to deduct salary for not meeting the targets is we face power cut or network issues it's was per day wise, though given a day we used to work more than set a target it was not getting calculated. And the quality parameter was bulshit.
