I like the salary and benefits provided by the organisation.

Dislikes

I didn't like the employee behaviour, the way the SME's and Team leaders treat the employees below them and also the internal politics by them..... I have been fired by them without any reason.

Nothing to like...worst company ever I saw.. company focusing on revenue only..not on employee.

...me..but not guaranteed to drop in home...so don't join by name of the company... experience and fresher both same target but salary is different.. if u not met target, compelling to extend and work and go by self service only...if u not extend the shift they Mark it as full day LOP....they promised to pay take home 21,000rs....but they provided only 18,000rs...they not responding employees query...

They gave 11months wfh. Salary on time.

Initially they mentioned permenent wfh . But after 11th month they rushed to BTO(Back To Ofce). And they targeted people who cannot come to ofce bcoz of crucial situation. Amd they implemented plan towards this ppl and they put paper immidetly.

...r complaints. 3) if it's work from home they will make you to work extra hours 4) they will mark lop for the whole month and will be corrected only on the salary credition day. So if there is any loss of pay also you cannot question them 5) simply cutting salary if you haven't updated on there portal but still informed to your supervisor 6) if you resign they won't give you any sort of letter. Directly terminate.

They offered a permanent work-from-home job at the start, but will eventually ask to BTO.

Dislikes

They don't value their employees and are constantly looking for ways to give deductions to the salary. They will just give some basic training at the start and except you to understand everything about the job.
