The company has assisted, with innovations. I'm grateful to still have a job, even with the current on-going in the country. I have great colleagues, and a sweet supervisor who assists with growth and he doesn't leave us hanging. The management has assisted with frequent and precise pay without delay. I love being here

...office for people who stay on the mainland, as traffic affects all, health wise. As regard job security, i really avoid errors, but the salary and appraisal has not been reviewed, as I'm still within my first year. Also, there should be a shuffle between different teams and locations so as to assist learn better.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

...aff. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Majority of their employees are support staff, proper training is not given to new joinees before giving a major role to play.

Access Bank Plc has a lot of banking innovations which I admire so much. She's always on track and updated with the latest. When it comes to speed she's number one.
