Working at accenture has always been great. They have a good culture and provide great benefits to their employees.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about being in Accenture is their low salary hike /promotion . Even if there is a lot of business dependency in you , you wont get a good hike .

The while experience of working with Accenture is very frustrating.

Dislikes

...ong working hours at the client side with zero acknowledgement and appreciation. The salary which they promise is very often not received. There has been no hikes and very less bonus since last 2 years. If a person has other offers then Accenture is not a place to join.

Likes

Level 9 and above have the option to design their own Salary structure on the Fixed components. Good place to learn and up-skill your knowledge base.

Dislikes

No Appraisal for fiscal 22-23 and appraisal not yet started for this Fiscal year. Promotions are delayed. Lack of transparency from Management which is common cause of concern in the industry.

Likes

Structured processes. Work life balance depends on project / manager. Competitive package after completing from Level 11 onwards. Technology partner benefits. Good office facilities.

Dislikes

Lack of mentors. All HR driven mentorship programs are superficial. Appraisals follow bell curve approach even though HR claims otherwise. Different technology groups work in silos. Lots of mandatory trainings which are charged to client time even if does not directly relate to your work. Too many extracurricular activities driven by different groups the time for which is charged to the client.

...I got 7 % total from the time i joined to 3 years plus later. Bonus is a joke... At my level the range of Bonus is till 27% of Annual Salary but we always get 9-11% only.
