...supporting. Accenture took care of Work from home setup reimbursed 18000 rupees. Good in terms of bond just have to return the bonus which we get in the beginning if we leave organization before probation period ends unlike other organisations which have bond money of worth double of triple of monthly salary.

... project it's very difficult to get out of it. Can't choose the project or team. Even the salary is not provided based on skill it's just fixed salary which will be given to all its doesn't matter if they have any skill or not, it's the same. 3 months notice period is not so good atleast not for freshers.

...ocesses without bothering me. Companies policies are good, your job is secured. Appraisals are fair, the only issue is with salary hike percentage, it is low.

Everything is fine but it will be best if they increase their hike percentage of employees.

According to the project we have to work,if we have US clients we have to work according to there Timmings and working hours are also more ..also it depends according to the projects.

The compensation policy for employees who join here as Freshers (I'm one of them) is terrible. The working environment can be toxic and over burdening depending entirely on the Project you're assigned to. This is usually the case almost every time. The Managers take sides with the Client rather than their resources.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company
