Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.

Depends on your project, My friends got nice team but I'm not. Manager/Supervisor will speak you nicely and get work done but no use in terms of promotion/growth/salary

Dislikes

1) No learning opportunities with respect to project, even when you request your supervisor simply they will say No directly 2) 90% of supervisor will ask work status continuously even you are in sick leave or admitted in ICU. 3) Depends on your project, you will get more colleagues ( Not friends) 4) You will get work like more than 13 hours per day but your supervisor will strictly ask you to put only 9hrs instead of how many hours you worked. 5) Your manager will ask you to work all 7 days and 12+ hrs daily, approx 84+ hours per week Accenture needs to check the below for creating better work environment 1) how many resources are leaving Accenture 2) why this much resources are leaves under supervisor and fix the issues about supervisor As a candidate, please think multiple times before joining and check all reviews

I appreciate the good work-life balance and overall job satisfaction at Accenture salary and benefits, promotions/appraisals, and company culture are considered average, there's room for improvement. The learning opportunities and job security are satisfactory, contributing to a positive work experience.

Everything is good as this is a large MNC we have good exposure based on the brand values.

...on depends on your performance. Default promotion/ hike is for every two years. By hand salary will be high compared to other companies.

HR will say this is employee friendly company. If you complained anything about you're work life balance to higher officials in front of you they will talk as they are favourable to you. But with your TL they will say as "no need to give any exception continue as usual" like that they will play tac tics . Idk why but I personally faced. At the end of the day they don't think about employee mental health/ satisfaction/ physical health. They want only productivity. Main benefit is hikes will be high.

The only good thing about Accenture throughout my tenure I would say was my team. Great collaboration and sync up throughout the team.

Accenture is only good for a fresher, just join Accenture gain 1-1.5 yrs experience and switch because Accenture is terribly underpaying its freshers even after good amount of experience but if they will hire a lateral hire for double the salary with same years of experience as of freshers who joined Accenture. There's very high pay compression. If I talk about appraisals/promotions those are pretty low in % too even if you perform and get a rating of 4 out of 5. If you will stay at Accenture your year on year increment on average will be less than the inflation rate so better switch after 1-1.5 yrs if you join as fresher. Talking about skill development you will have access to tons of learning platforms but if it comes to any internal classroom training you will not get an approval to attend any training unless that tech is used in your project. But nonetheless you can go and learn the tech using the recorded videos on various learning platforms Accenture gives access to.
