Training they provide is good .

Dislikes

Salary is low and getting good projects is hard. Skill development apart from training will be very slow basically you feel like wasting ur time if you are not upskilling side by side.

- Flexible, Work from Home - Access to learning resources such Coursera, Udemy, etc - Work Culture

Dislikes

- No Salary Hike/Promotion even after being employee of the month several times. - Working Hours, you work for 15hours/day.

It is one among well know companies.. professional salary disbursement

They don't care about employees... Mean company... No rules are being followed on ground and they kick out employees very easily.. though m not among those who were kicked out.. but felt bad for those who were kicked out for not so good reasons....

...e worked with, most of the people are good, supporting and always ready to help. Provides lot of opportunities to upskill and give away free certification vouchers for eligible candidates Salary and benefits wise great organization and provides a conducive work culture.

Dislikes

Future-Hardlocking of a resource without having prior discussion about the project details.

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
