Growth in salary after completing 1 yr i didn't get any bounce or increment i don't like but company is best but i want my growth in income nither i want to switch other companies

...on't know if this company know the word work timings... Terrible work timings... Salary is too low... As a fresher you should not look up for salary but even if you experience you will get low as compared to other companies out there... You will definitely get stressed and depressed if you work on this company...
