Its an upcoming and fast growing organisation in India and the top management has good focus on India market. Good opportunity to Travel and work with multi cultural people across the globe. Compensation is good if you can negotiate at the time of offer but appraisals are poor after that.

Dislikes

...ions across the globe. No further growth opportunities in terms of role etc.....Salary structures are very poor.
