They are not able to provide executive s salary on time , financial condition is in grave, last one year didn't make any ex-employee s settlements. Not manufacturing new products. Situation is very critical at present.

Company as per the financial position wise is in horror position they dont an finance to pay company's employee salary and Expenses and also not in the position for new production and not in mood to improve and development in there position.company management is not ready to hearing and solved employees problem.company never discuss to the employee where they can face the problem and never stand behind the employee.those people who left the company under the pressure of company company never ready to pay and settle down there account i am one of them am also suffer from the same.company could not treat there employee as a employee they can treat as a labor. your present as well as future are not safe.so i can say for new comer who think to associate with company dont west there time.

Management working style,Financial position,co-operation by Company,No Growth as herself and your self also,after left the company they can not settlement of your account because of company finance problem.

The behaviour of the management is quiet good. You are getting space to work as per your wish and getting lot of support from your senior. The product quality and fittingvis superb
