To make matters worse, I experienced constant harassment from the academy, which greatly affected my well-being. Their actions included blocking my access, making it even more challenging to resolve the salary issue and seek assistance. One incident that particularly shocked me was when I fell ill with a fever and requested leave. Instead of understanding my situation, the academy denied my leave and shockingly suggested that I take medication such as "Dolo." As a responsible educational institution, their disregard for my health and well-being is truly disheartening. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others who may be considering working or studying at TVG Academy. It is essential to prioritize fair treatment, respect, and professionalism in any academic environment. I hope that necessary measures will be taken to rectify these issues and ensure a better experience for future teachers and employees. I strongly advise individuals to thoroughly research an academy's reputation and work culture before joining, as it can greatly impact one's professional and personal life.
