Salary issue-Salary was often delayed by 2-3 months. 3.Excessive working hours 4.Unprofessional owner-The owner of the organization exhibited characterless behaviour. 5.Poor management behaviour- The head of the management and principal lack basic communication and often speak disrespectful to staff and treat them as like servants. 6.Holidays work- most holidays and sundays are not observed as off days. 7. Bus duty-Teachers are also required to perform bus duty for 2hrs daily. 8.No job security-There is no job security, employees are frequently treatened with termination. 9. overburdened staff 10. Extra duties allotted to teachers I would not recommend Academic Heights public school Satna to anyone looking for healthy and supportive environment.

...ork there 12_14hours.when I give to them suggestion managers are always dislike.i am not happy with salary .I have to go both schools. Buy the way i get 1 school salary.

...c and kindhearted .punchuality is must and should .he gives respect to teacher.they pay salary in time no need to wait for salary. If any conflict s raises between teacher/student s immediate reaction will be taken from principal .the unity in teacher is superb. Frankly speaking I missing ahps.

As its frenchise is taken by Individual owners who never respect their employee and salaries are not on time even one month salaries is given by them after three month .Extreme workload is their no work life balance .No sunday off .Please never join

As a staff member,we wish to have increments and appreciation from authorities only to boost up our working capacity but that's lacking
