Not much to dislike, but it's mostly remote working so sometimes you feel a bit disconnected with other team members, so we need to have more team gatherings.

Set roles and responsibilities are not well defined, managements in the name of improvements makes reports life miserable-asking them to do useless activities adding load to existing work.
